When you already suffered through the same pain then you can easily felt the pain of other person so i felt easily the pain of Haya. The whole story of Haya is very absurd and extremely unrealistic. And while reading this JKP i lost myself completely in istanbul and taksim. I read that one slow for just 3 chapters and then I couldn’t stop at all! Instead of two or three main characters in the book, the writer presented its reader with many characters and with many characters comes more stories of each character which makes it more interesting, a little bit complex but interesting. Just a moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account. The story w What a wastage of time! They do not shy away from indulging too much into description of a married couple.

It is a complete rollercoster ride which will make you thrilled, fascinated and awed altogether. How the hell he got enough time for those riddles. They like the amalgam of romanticism and Islam. I don’t know how I feel about this book. Jan 29, ahmad afridi rated it did not like it Shelves: The protagonists actually had a conversation despite many urdu novels in which they only stare at each other with “kan akhiyon”.

Of late, there have been a herd of new writers. I just can’t bring myself to treat nikah between children of less than a year and an 8-year-old as valid and legal. Nimra Ahmad is not a bad writer but she writes very unrealistic stories. I also want to be a part of army.

Ma jihaan Sikander suleman mamo ka bhanja aur dimaad aur Haya ka husband. And while reading this JKP i lost myself completely in istanbul and taksim. Dec 25, Hina rated it liked it Shelves: But stay away from it’s sequel.

No one calls Waleed ‘behaya’ shameless when he snatches Haya’s scarf and tries to rape her early in the novel. Nimra Ahmed was trying to offer too much but made a khichri out of it Apno ko tang krny ka maza hi alag hy islia Haya aur Jihan ak dosry ko bht tang krty thy. Jul 18, Momna rated it it was amazing. In the start the book was very good, a good mystery but then it took a filmy turn which is Nimra Ahmed’s forte, so i was like rolling my eyes throughout that part and i was telling and laughing over it with my bro.

Feb 22, Saman The novel tries to show us that every bad thing that happened to Haya before her hijab was her fault, because she always dressed provocatively and got herself in trouble with other men and invited the displeasure of family members. I like how she interweaves the plot in different time periods. Shaaney uchkana, Muskurahat dabaye bolna, khafgi se dekhna, hont bheenchey dekhna, halaq mai ansoun ka phanda lagna Aaaand Ayeshey and Baharey are in Egypt, Jihan has got new assignment and Haya is still in contact with them.

Goodreads helps you keep patfay of rrad you want to read. Was she trying to turn her story into some sort of magic realism or fantasy?

I wont plunder the suspense by highlighting key events occured. Reading about Turkey was fun. DJ was the best and Haya was second. But soon she was unsettled by the fact that this faceless officer onlinne knew so much about her. She wore such fraaaaks in Turkey while she was in the University campus And not to forget that she danced on a raunchy song called Shiela ki Jawani infront of her conservative family members.

Jannat Kay Pattay / جنت کے پتے by Nemrah Ahmed

Why is he fictional? Be prepared for an episode of emotional turmoil that will definitely put you in a bucket of tears, but i assure you that you will never regret it. Jihaan kannat sufffered pain and hardships.

ALL these lines are my most favt: But this story was episoe fantasy fiction nor magic epiode. Of course he got better and realised Haya was not the cheating material and was rather loyal, but doesn’t mean I like him for messing up with her. Quotes from Jannat Kay Pattay I had quite long nails when i started reading this book but that curiosity made me bite my nails even that skin too.

In her trademark style, she leaves you with a thought, that they will be doing it again. It is my first Urdu literature novel and rightly so it was worth all the praise and glory.

Jannat Kay Pattay A Socio Romantic Urdu Novel by Women Digest Writer & Novelist Nemrah Ahmed

Even if she was trying to copy Umera, there is nothing wrong with that as Umera is a very prolific writer and taking inspiration from some one is not bad. Thank u so much for refreshing all the memories of reading this book!!

Why isn’t Jihan real? I like how detailed her research is. Nimra Ahmed made Haya go through a ‘spiritual reform’ without having any spirituality induced in her personality. She leaves with a stinging poison in the tail, which keeps epiwode you long after you finish reading her book. Jihan escaped from Indian Jail. Oh boy, here it goes I enjoyed it beyond my expectations.

Basit Khan You can pattaay download this novel from http: How the hell he got enough time for those riddles. Overall a good book for me to keep reading and have a laugh over it. Your always write out of the circle of typical urdu literature and that is what I like about you. I read this story extremely late even though I am usually up to date with these things.

Jannat Kay Pattay / جنت کے پتے

Words are not enough. I mean for the love of God. She comes back, cries and falls asleep. However much of a moron she be, nobody deserves to be humiliated! After that I was only interested in Jehan Sikander btw what is with our Urdu dead writers: I rmember one such situation, and I site this example to others frequently. Wait for sequel guys:
